People often ask me, “Todd, what don’t you do?”
Granted, I get to do a lot of really cool stuff in my life these days. It seems the old saying is true: my only limitation is what I set on myself; if I do or do not believe I can accomplish something, it is true.
At first, getting sober was about sobriety: abstaining from mind-altering substances. After a while, I entered into addiction recovery, dealing with my trauma and learning to live in this world with all its challenges and opportunities.
This is an important distinction: sobriety versus recovery. Sobriety is about giving something up. Recovery is about building something up that includes Values and Commitments, relationships, and joyful curiosity about the world we live in.
Through my coaching services, we can help you live and love in meaningful relationships, grow emotionally and spiritually (however you define that), and share your purpose in life with others. This journey is all about embracing opportunity and letting go of the things that try to convince us otherwise.
If you’re ready to start peeling the onion and get on with living, reach out and let’s see what we can build together in the realm of men's wellness.

One step, one rung at a time. When we can climb this ladder together through addiction recovery and men's wellness, we are no longer alone, especially with the support of coaching services.
